Quoted from floorplan and photos to renew four out-of-date electric radiators. Once price and installation date was agreed, all ran smoothly. Job was completed in three hours as expected - clean and tidy - plus the app demonstrated. Happy to recommend.

Installed a Fused Spur
Great Service Electrician rang me 45 minutes before arrival. Arrived on time , sized up job and told me what he planned to do. Installed Fused Spur within the Hour. Vacuumed and cleaned up when he had finished. Great job.

Immersion heater
They sent out an electrician who said he couldn’t fix my immersion heater and told me I instead needed a plumber. They could have told me this on the phone before sending someone out. They then charged me for call out charge despite no fix.

Two old storage heaters in hallway & living room replaced with new storage heaters.
On the recommendation of a neighbour I contacted Neil at Cleaver electrical who as most helpful and asked for a couple of pictures of my old storage heaters and where they were in my property, in less than an hour I received a detailed quote of the price of two Dimplex Quantum storage heaters supplied and fitted with minor electrical work of a new socket which needed installed. I was happy with the quote and we agreed an installation date a week later, Steve & Duane were the installers who were on time and were great.
