Charlie and the team were excellent! I was very happy with the initial investigation of the boiler issue and the subsequent advice we received. We decided to have a new boiler fitted rather than fix the old leaking one. Charlie arranged to come the following day to install the new boiler and all work carried out was first-class. Charlie provided a detailed quote and clarified any questions pre-work. Team were on-time, polite and courteous, highly professional and worked meticulously throughout the job. They also went above and beyond when encountering a couple of other 'non-scoped' issues and looked to resolve. Work was completed in a tidily manner and cleaned up before left.
