I was contacted promptly after I put my request on checkatrade. Good communication and quick to respond. After deciding to go with Clementine and confirmed the job to go ahead I was a little wary as they asked for a £60 deposit even though it was a small job (took 10mins), so i did a little online checking regarding this and decided it was worth going ahead. My concerns were unfounded, as the Plumber turned up at the estimated time on the next working day and carried out the job quickly. He was professional, pleasant and friendly.

Can’t praise Luke and Jimmy ( plumbers) enough. They were punctual, professional and efficient. We are over the moon with the end product. I would also like to mention Joy and Caroline who work in the office. Nothing was a bother. Very friendly and extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this company.
