  We recently used Clementine and were extremely impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work. From the initial enquiry to the completion of the job, the communication was clear and timely. The team arrived on time, explained the issue and the fix clearly, and carried out the work efficiently and respectfully – leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. It's great to work with a firm that’s reliable, transparent and takes pride in doing the job properly

  Very good communications after initial query, booked in for next day and leak fixed quickly first thing that morning. Very pleased with work done - was very simple for the plumber but could have easily spiralled into multiple issues if a DIY attempt was made!
