One of three companies to enquire about the job. Two others did not follow up. This company came out and did a survey and quote. After deposit a date was organised within 2 weeks of adding job. 4 were fitted over two days. The 5th was rearranged due to damaged radiator, this was reordered and another date organised. Only up front payment was for the radiators. Payment for the work was requested until work completed. Enquiries and payment were quick and easy. The two guys were great and also organised the old radiators to be removed and put everything back as found.

John was excellent and really tried to keep costs down for me, sorted it as quick as possible and was a genuinely nice guy!

A great initial response with 2 visits to the home to plan installation of a combi boiler. A couple of things made it a little more complex such as moving a flue. We went with the company as they came across as professional and thorough. We paid a £1,400 non-refundable deposit and had an installation date over two weeks later. The day before installation we received an email saying they were cancelling the job. The engineer 'could not guarantee doing a satisfactory job'. We had by then been without a boiler for 5 weeks. Far too late to cancel, it was unacceptable and unprofessional.

The engineers were polite and efficient and I would happily use the company again.

Luke and Chris were very professional in all aspects of the job. The quality of the work was exceptional. Luke came up with a great plan on how to reroute the pipe work for three radiators to make it look better - his plan worked really well, cannot thank him enough. If I or anyone I know need plumbing services in the future I would have no hesitation in recommending Clementine Services.
