Polite and friendly people however I wasn't satisfied with/confident in the service. EICR completed within approx 25mins despite being advised by the company at the time of booking that it would take around 2 hours. Issues with switch in kitchen not addressed despite this being requested and paid for, reason given was that the brand of the switch was unknown which seemed strange, particularly given the switch had been looked at during a previous visit and repair agreed. I asked for an electrician to fix a lighting circuit. They said they needed £180 for a guy to come out and give a quote. He came and flicked lights on and off at high speed. Doubt he was an electrician now. No quote materialized 3 weeks on. I rand last week and the Clementine office said it was down as a "fault find" and said they would look into it. Still nothing.
