0Verified ReviewThey sell you the idea that they will carry out all the work and it'll be a "one stop shop". The reality is totally different, staff has to wait for half a day for materials that were paid 2 weeks in advance to arrive. Other staff doesn't show up on the week planned, holding the job for another 2 weeks - when the very same staff shows up he complained about missing materials and simply left. Throughout this entire experience, absolutely ZERO information from admin, all you paid for them to manage you have to manage at the end, endless calls with the same message "I will call you back soon".

We have been trying to find a company to take on the work over the past 6 months will little success until we were contacted by clementine services. Their communication was top class, they worked around our availability and the work they carried out was top class. Can't recommend them enough and I'm fully confident that we will be using them again in the future. Thanks again!

They installed the panelling exactly as requested and confirmed what they would do at each step. At the end of the day they cleaned up the work area. They were friendly and helpful and I am very pleased with the work carried out. I would definitely recommend and will consider for any future work.

0Verified ReviewTook time from My busy schedule to be at home for someone to call, which they did. Not everyone works at home!! No quote received and no response to my emails to the office admin asking if they were going to send a quote. Why arrange to come out in the first place if the job wasn’t big enough or profitable. There will be one day when every job no matter how big you will be grateful for.
