    Re-locating WiFi, wall-mounting tv on a movable bracket

    The engineer we hired was friendly, polite and punctual. He gave us useful initial advice and a free quote. The work he and a colleague subsequently carried out was done in two phases as a decorator had to finish his work first. Our WiFi was rerouted and our tv was moved to a different part of the room, where it was mounted on a wall bracket, which we can move and angle. Previously, the cables needed for the tv and the associated devices created a great tangled and unsightly heap on the floor. Now everything is hidden in the wall. They did and excellent job. We highly recommend them.

    Two technicians arrived on time to install 2 Samsung Smart TV. Both extremely friendly and polite. Obviously knew their subject including setting up a Samsung account Also synchronized an existing Canton soudbar to work off one handset. Very satisfied with the service.

    Installing a TV

    First of all, I am on the top floor of an old house with 70 narrow steps. David and Nick had to carry a 77” TV upstairs. They also carried down my old 65” TV for my sister. They did a great job setting up the new TV and making sure it was customised to my preferences. They couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant.

    Installation of new devices and connecting them to a new network

    Peter and David came on one of the hottest dats of the year and were so competent, professional and tidy. They installed new boosters for the wifi and ensured network availability throughout the house. They also installed an extra device to extend the speaker range in my home. They ensured I understood everything before they left and I would highly recommend. Thanks guys!
