They explained the process as they toured our property, making us feel comfortable enough to leave them to work unsupervised. Even when they encountered some unexpected items (our mistake), Tim handled the situation without hesitation, making an extra round trip to ensure the job was done. Tim was easy to deal with throughout, explaining his service clearly. I live 50 miles from the very cluttered property he was clearing after a bereavement & he was happy to let himself in, to save me travelling over. Tim & his team did a very good job under challenging conditions but didn't make a fuss & just got on with it. Tim waited patiently while I tried to contact the rental agency about whether the white goods should stay. They got the job done on the day promised and sent me photos of every area of the cleared property, inside and out, when done, showing clear surfaces all through.
