I requested a quote from Clever Energy and received a phone call from Nick who went through a few questions with me before wanting to arrange a phone call with a surveyor. I agreed to the call from the surveyor to go through the options and get a price. I was then called back by Nick to say that they wanted my husband on the call, I had previously advised that my husband couldn't be on the call. Nick informed me that with all the information given by the surveyor that I wouldn't be able to explain it to my husband. I told them that if they couldn't deal with just me then not to bother.
