Speedy responses, listened to what we wanted rather than tell us what he thought we needed. On the day of the job we had a note to confirm arrival, Both Egis and Jordan were prompt, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and went about their work in a clean efficient way They made a point of showing us how everything worked. We had a gas leak at our property after attending and discovering the leak was coming from a pipe under the floor we decided to bypass that and cap it off and have a new gas main ran from the supply to the various areas like the boiler and the gas hob highly reccomend click service as could not have given better service they were prompt and work carried out very professionally

A very good experience from start to finish, I got a 50% discount for booking my service online - which I did one month prior to the due date. I got a reminder the day before organising the visit. I got a text on the day telling me the Engineer was on his way and he turned up on time. The service carried out was the most thorough to date and the Engineer Mr Blazevicius (cannot remember his first name) was extremely polite and helpful. I will definitely use them again for my next service and any other work required on my heating system.
