  Full house refurb

  We hired Cliden for a full house refurbishment, including a loft conversion, single-storey extension, full re-plumbing, and re-wiring. The work was completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget. Adam was always easy to contact and provided excellent communication throughout the project.

  It is really very reliable to work with them, they have a highly competent and reliable team. They always look for solutions for any problem that arises.   Full refurbishment of large Victorian property

  We have known Cliden Construction for more than 20 years and this is the third time they have undertaken a full property refurbishment for us. They are honest, hardworking builders who work to the highest standards. They were the lead contractor on the project, managing all aspects of a complex build for over 18 months and finished house beautifully to a very specification. Highly recommended.

  Kitchen, small extension and refurbishment works

  We found Cliden online and after reading a few of their reviews, checking their instagram and meeting with Trevor and Adam we decided to move forward with their quote.   Full flat renovation

  I worked with Cliden Construction on a full luxury one bed flat renovation on the Thames worth £400.000. My client picked Cliden Construction because they communicated well and gave a reasonable quote and timeframe. Adam was easy to communicate with and helped us problem solve a few issues we had during the construction. The builders were respectful and kept the site clean during the construction. They worked to exceptionally high standard and I’d be happy to recommend them to clients who are looking for high standard work in central London.
