• Rebuild of toilet

  Have used Climate for all plumbing work recently (anything not gas related) and the service is very good. Had issue with WC and although there was an issue with a leaking toilet after the initial work this was resolved the next day - excellent service. Let’s hope this troublesome toilet behaves from now on!

• New boiler relocated in loft.

  We asked Climate Gas to move our boiler location from the kitchen to the loft. Their solutions were to our liking and the price was competitive and so Climate Gas got the job. Time from placing an order to completion was faster than we expected and the guys were hard working and helpful, giving it that extra bit to make sure we were happy. Also when phoning the office it was nice to speak to a real person and not a bot. Climate Gas is highly recommended.

• Servicing boiler and fixing ignition error

  I emailed Climate gas last night to get an appointment for someone to have a look at my boiler as it was playing up with the ignition error. The next morning I was offerred a time slot during the week and was very satisfied. The same day I was called by Richard offering to come round that very afternoon to have a look. Richard has serviced the boiler a couple of times before and was straight in on the job and new exactly what to do. Was very efficient fault finding and also made sure the usual service checks were carried out. Thanks Team!

• New boiler from a back boiler

  Climate gas was so good firstly because they were £2000 cheaper than another company’s quote second the 2 men who put it in Rickie and Lewis were friendly and helpful .The support from the office keeping me informed was good, Then a week later I didn’t know how to do something so Richard came out at 7 pm to fix it . So all I can say is Thank You Climate Gas

• Annual Service

  Chose Climate Gas to do an annual boiler service after CheckerTrade recommendation. Engineer was very friendly and efficient. Found a potential later problem but diarised to review on next service instead of pushing to have done now. Also advised me how to get a free replacement cover from Worcester to replace one with broken hinge.

• New Bolier and replacement radiadors

  I cannot recommend Climate Gas highly enough. Their quotations are really reasonable and the workmanship is always efficient and clean - no mess left at all. I have had nearly all of my radiators replaced now but Richard has been totally honest about those that don't need replacing. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. Fast response to any enquires. Great company.
