Terrible. Absolutely disgraceful. The house wasn’t cleaned to any standard at all. The oven and cooker we’re not touched, nor the showers . The toilets had some bleach left in them but not scrubbed and cleaned. The floors were not hoovered properly and mopped . Dust everywhere . Cupboards with food crumbs. Grease on the cooker hood. Cobwebs left around the windows. Genuinely appalled . Our landlord has kept back £100 to put towards another cleaner to sort this out. Colin at CLN refused to give a partial refund to cover these costs although photos and videos have been sent .

This company has been cleaning my house weekly for several years. Always completely reliable, trustworthy, thorough and friendly. Full recommendation. This company also cleans the property of my elderly mother to the same standard, and with sensitivity.

The cleaning is done weekly. If any changes are made to the time, I am always notified in advance. Always very happy with the standard of work.
