Cleiton has previously provided input into the design stage and then undertook the installation of an en-suite bathroom at my own home and he proved to be good at both problem resolving and proposing ideas to enhance the design functionality and finish of the bathroom. Consequently I’ve turned to Cleiton when I’ve needed help with plumbing issues at my tenanted properties typically with regards water ingress issues at both Sussex Square and Clermont Terrace flats where his eye for detail identified the cause of water leaks into other properties which enabled them to be remedied easily.

We recently hired CL Refurbishments to paint our entire apartment, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, they were incredibly reliable, turning up exactly when promised and keeping us informed throughout the process. Choosing the right shades for a full apartment can be overwhelming, but they were extremely helpful in guiding us through the colour selection, offering great advice on what would work best in our space. Their attention to detail is fantastic, and they were exceptionally tidy—leaving the place spotless every day.

Cleiton did an excellent job in redesigning my bathroom and the team were friendly and efficient in taking out the bath and replacing with a shower unit; fantastic tiling, new sink, toilet and towel rail transforming the space for a busy household of growing teens.
