  The flat roof on our extension needed serious attention due to previous poor workmanship. We contacted Corry as a recommendation from my father who previously had work done. He said he could come over the very next day and gave us his professional assessment and an accurate quote to replace the roof. His team arrived on time every day and were polite and just cracked on with the job. You could tell they took pride in the work that was undertaken. The service was so smooth start to finish. The work area was always left tidy at the end of the day and left spotless once the job was complete.

  They had a tricky job from the start with part of the garage not being level. Also at the end of the garage is an additional outbuilding added on with a reverse slope, using the same guttering. A daunting job but Corry listened to what I wanted to be done and he was here every morning to explain everything he was doing. The workmanship is first class, Corry was excellent and his team, Adam & Barry worked hard and did an excellent job too. I thoroughly recommend CLS, they exceeded my expectations.

  Ridged Tiles Repair

  Peace of mind.

  I contacted CLS in late March 2026 and received a reply from them (Corry) within two days. He came to have a look at my roof, which was about 60 years old, and suggested a good clean up and replacement of the ridge tiles. I received a very reasonable estimate from them which I accepted, and within ten days, after installation of scaffolding, the work was started. I am now the owner of a very smart, clean, rejuvenated roof. All the work was undertaken by very nice people, on time and with the minimum of fuss. I now have peace of mind and can look forward to the winter.

  Professional, tidy and reliable roofers

  Corry and CLS Roofing team have been a pleasure to work with from initial quote to completing a full replacement of a flat roof. No doubt we’ve been lucky with the weather, but both planning and execution cannot be faulted. Sub-contractors too were orchestrated to perfection, with both scaffolding and skip delivered and removed within hours of work starting and finishing. They work fast without cutting corners, use quality materials and clearly take pride in the quality of their work, whether it is seen or unseen from the ground level. A cuppa with a hobnob or 2 is always gratefully received )

  Roofing Repairs

  CLS are very professional and reliable.

  This month I noticed on one side of the roof leaks appearing just above the window inside. I contacted Corey at CLS who had previously replaced the whole roof. He came round immediately and found the problem which had obviously been going on for some time. The whole of one side of the roof needed attention and roof battens replacing as well as a ventilation system at the bottom to allow airflow in the loft. Because I am surrounded by trees including silver birch which block the gutters and down pipe, these were replaced also. I am extremely happy to recommend CLS to anyone with roof problems.

  Leaking roof

  We had a leaking roof and contacted CLS—Cory came out the very next day to assess the issue and provide a quote, clearly explaining the problem on the spot. The team arrived on time, were polite and considerate, and completed the work over two days to an excellent standard. They even worked through an unexpected heavy rain shower to ensure our roof was fully watertight. Cory kept us informed throughout, sending photos and videos before, during, and after the job, and also took the time to check the rest of the roof, truly going above and beyond.
