  Our CLX renovation began in July 2024 on a 20–30 week schedule. More than two years later, major contracted work remained incomplete. An independent electrical inspection recorded exposed conductors and potentially unsafe work, warning of serious injury or fatality. We repeatedly raised safety concerns without satisfactory resolution. We also documented payment requests while work remained incomplete, damaged premium fittings, client items in site waste, difficulty reconciling payments, pressure to alter/remove a review, and continued use of footage after our written objection.   Enlarging a cupboard built into the kitchen wall.

  It was very straightforward and easy to work with GLX. They were friendly and very accommodating. The work involved removing six layers of bricks, installing a new Lintel and constructing a door frame and doors. The work done was completed efficiently and was of a high standard. Very pleased with the job.
