Good communication, turned up on time, pretty good job but I have been trying to clean plaster off the floor, decking and parts of the garden as didn’t adequately cover workspace and splattered plaster over plants etc.. washing it hasn’t particularly worked, just spread it about, so knocking points off for the lack of care taken

I was surprised by your comments because, before I left, I asked if everything was okay and you confirmed that it was. If there had been any concerns at the time, I would have appreciated the opportunity to address them immediately.
Plastering is naturally a messy process, and I always aim to clean up as thoroughly as possible before leaving. If there was anything I missed, that certainly wasn't intentional.The space to knock up was covered and washed down.
I value my reputation and always want my customers to be satisfied.But when on the job I expect customers to be open and honest.
