Slating and leadwork
Totally professional, reliable and a real pleasure to deal with in a trade that has its fair share of ‘cowboys’! The completed a fairly ‘tricky’ lead and slate job on time and on budget, despite having to cope with some unexpected issues. One of the best small private construction type companies I’ve dealt with. ‘Old time quality service’ is still alive - well done!

Replace garage roof with new wood and felt
What an amazing job Marc and Craig did fixing and replacing our garage roof. They agreed the price and job very quickly and arrived every day as promised to complete the work. The standard of work is first class and very professional. They left leaving no mess and with a very happy customer. Thanks guys :)

To repair leak and also fix a previous repairers mistakes
Excellent service. I had a roofer out who made my leak worse Craig fixed it to a superb standard its watertight and not a sign he had been there as everything was tided up. Even sent me pictures of roof to show an excellent job

Leaky roof due to 100 year old slates slipping (nail sick)
Firstly, excellent job done and fantastic price too but above all communication was effortless regarding the job, actioned within week of the quote and completed in a day! I had a biblical rain storm the day after said work and NO LEAKS! NONE! Very impressed not only with the high standard of work performed but espescially with the two man team that attended, friendly and super easy to get on with, the conclusion is, I would use their services in the future without hesitation (and I plan too) and likewise can not recommend C.M. Contracts highly enough. Great work guys!

Lead Work
Excellent experience with this company. Mark turned up when he said he would, which by todays reliability of tradespeople is almost unheard of. He was obviously very knowledgeable and experienced with excellent attention to detail which resulted in a great job. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for their excellent work and professionalism.
