  Derek deserves all the high praise he receives. He is reliable, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He had previously given me very good advice over the phone before coming out to my property within a short time to investigate what had been suggested, by another tradesperson, as a damp problem. Derek spent time investigating before telling me the very good news that it wasn’t damp. He took the time to check inside and outside my property. Always giving sensible, helpful advice. I would highly recommend CM Damp Proofing.

  Derek was very helpful I called for a bit of advice and he was more than willing to help and knew all his stuff. He gave us recommendations of products and advice on how to clear the mould. Can’t recommend him enough he was super.

  Condensation issue

  Derek is one of life's good guys! I got in touch late at night and Derek responded so quickly. He came out the next day, diagnosed and identified the issue and told me what I need to do to fix it. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very trustworthy. I would recommend his services to everyone!

  Bathroom repairs

  Derek was extremely helpful and his colleague who came to do the work as well. Came within a short notice to give me a quote and the work was complete the following week, and I was put at ease with the overall condition of the property. Would highly recommend CM damp proofing, very professional and knowledgeable.

  Derek and Dave carried out damp proofing and renewing floor etc. The standard of work was excellent and l was kept informed of the stages of work being completed which was related to myself keeping me up to date which was a great help in reducing any concerns I had.Extremely knowledgeable and professional working continuously completing the job to a very high standard. Also tidying up after completion. l would highly recommend Derek and Dave , CM Damp Proofing Doune without any hesitation. Extremely satisfied with all.
