CCTV Surveys for Drains

Drainage survey report never delivered
We called in C and M drainage to unblock a drain and survey the drainage system around the property. They couldn’t unblock and had to refer to Thames Water as cause of the blockage was outside the property. They returned to do the survey and in spite of reminders we are still waiting for the report after a month. I assume this was because the 700 pounds for the ‘unblocking’, survey and report was paid to them before the report was received. They can’t be trusted.

Quality service from start to finish. From getting a quote and making the booking to the job being completed quickly and efficiently. Helped out a new homeowner sort an issue that had been affecting my boiler.

Repair of leaking soil stack
Charlie was v. Easy to deal with, free quote, suggested and implemented proposed solution. Arrived on time and date agreed. Only time will tell, but no reason to think the leak has not been fixed.

Sewage Drains Blocked in Garden
Charlie responded politely to my call and he was friendly voice in a crisis. He quickly organised Michael to turn up next day to unblock Drain. Michael did turn up on time and encountered some extra difficulty with a further blockage but he methodically worked it all out.

Cleared blocked up drains
Charlie was great. He was able to come next day, turned up on time, fully investigated the problem and cleared out the blockage as well using cameras to find the cause, and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. He is very friendly and polite. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending him or calling him if I need any further work doing in the future.
