CME contacted me after I posted a job advert to replace an old storage heater with a new Dimplex HHR Quantum unit. Craig visited the premises and reviewed the current setup. His survey was thorough, and an online quote was sent to me for review soon after the visit and included all elements discussed and agreed during the survey. Craig was very responsive and kept me informed of the progress of the order and ensured the delivery date of the new heater was suitable for me. The installation itself was very smooth, and the work completed to high standard. He left after tidying up thoroughly.
