Pipe from toilet to the drain completely needed replacing

Leak from bathroom to downstairs
Craig was quick and efficient. Very nice to deal with. Great communication, kept us up to date with the process throughout. Replacing a leaking kitchen tap.
Super fast response to me posting the job (on a Sunday morning). Reasonable price. Very tidy work, including preempting the inevitable spillage of some water that you get when disconnecting pipes.
