Trade came and gave me a quote seemed very professional. Upon agreeing start date, he did not turn up until 4 days after, first day he came at 8.30 and left 1.45Pm. Then cancelled the following day then turned up the day after at 9.30. He then stayed for one hour leaving another person who had no skills only because they needed a job who was a delivery man. The man left at 2.30. Then came the next day very abrupt and done a bad job and when interrupted his bad work he shouted at me and said he will sue me for the rest of the money after me paying £200 upfront. He packed up rudely left.

Mark and Richard came to do the job, both very professional. We have a huge piece of work to do on our home and they offered great advice and support if needed. I felt I could trust what they were advising, they did the job In hand and left it as they found it with no mess! I will 100% be calling them for some future work.

The workmen were very good arrived on time daily did a very good job always cleaned up at the end of the day and add some little jobs for free
