Carl was brilliant from the moment he came to view the job. He explained what he would do & answered all my questions. A fully detailed quote followed a few days later. He & his team arrived on time to start the job, very well prepared. All of them were incredibly polite and did their best to keep the noise to a minimum. They kept me updated on progress and kept the work area very tidy. The quality of the work was outstanding and we’re absolutely delighted with the finished roof. They tidied up and left our house/garden spotless. I can’t recommend CMR Roofing Specialists highly enough.

CMR Roofing did an excellent job of replacing the roof tiles, battens and insulation to our 3 bedroom semi. They worked hard in all weathers and kept us updated on the progress. A loft insulation upgrade was included at no extra cost. Staged payments made it a fair transaction for both sides. The building inspector had no hesitation in passing the work and issuing a building certificate of completion to show everything complied with building regulations. I recommend CMR for their friendly and professional work.

After having builders in we discovered our roof needed replacing , and needed the roofers to fit in around the other trades going on. CMR Roofing completed our roof to a great standard (throughout much bad weather with no leaks!) and were great at completing on time. Having used them before at our last property I am once again a very happy customer! Very highly recommended, and if we move again, sure we will be using again! 10/10 Many Thanks
