Excellent service helping to solve a number of plumbing problems
From initial enquiry through site visit and then competing the work Charlie was very efficient and thorough. We had a number of jobs that needed looking at from limescale problems from our water supply to fixing an outdoor tap. He researched a solution for the limescale and came up with two solutions, flushed the system and fitted a new system to solve the issue. He also repaired a previous plumbers work and replaced valves in showers. He was reliable, very tidy and polite. Diagnose broken boiler. Change system from open to combi. Relocate boiler. New gas feed. Radiators
Charlie was calm, clear and flexible in all communication and job descriptions. Nothing was too much trouble. He was very easy to have around and worked hard through a weekend to get my system back up and running. His copper pipework was pure craftsmanship. Even my kids commented on how nice everything looks. His pricing was fair and I felt very pleased with the outcome. Initially he responded to my boiler breakdown within 2 hours and came out on a Saturday. Above and beyond. Fitting a new combi boiler.
