the guys turned up early and were really quick and efficient and also gave me ways to make sure the problem wouldn't happen again and if by chance it did they are more than happy to assist again. explained the process and what the job would involve b4 starting just so i knew what i was paying for

I was looking for a company to fix my drain covers. Two local builders hadn't even responded to my enquiries. So I was delighted to find a specialist drainage company in my area. From my first call to CM Trade Solutions I had excellent dialog to understand what needed to be done, get a clear proposal, and a reasonable price. The engineer arrived on time, delivered an excellent solution to a high professional standard, left the site very tidy, and all with superb customer service throughout. 5 stars to Ella for the office work and to Chloe for doing the job. First choice for the next job.

Can’t fault Chloe. She came out next day and both cleared the drain and retrieved my rods which were stuck 11 down the drain. She had the patience of a saint. She then followed up and sorted out a site visit by Thames Water keeping me informed all the way. Brilliant service from start to finish.

I called CM Trade Solutions last Saturday afternoon regarding an ongoing issue with my bath not draining. Previously I had tried multiple drain un-blockers and tried untold times to unblock the pipes. An engineer called Chloe was sent out and she was professional, knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to fix the block which was due to limescale in the waste stack. Chloe explained in layman's terms every step of the way. I was charged a fair price for Chloe's skill and expertise and was really impressed with her diligence. From initial contact to completion always felt confidence that I was in good hands, appointed times from assessment to completion spot on time. The problem was shown to me visually by camera and subsequent work carried out promptly and efficiently.
