  House extension and garage conversion

CNC Renovations have been instrumental in transforming the house we'd just purchased into the home where we want to live. We made alterations in almost every room, and required all the trades. Chris and the team throughout were punctual, hard working and professional. It wasn't always a straightforward project but Chris took everything in his stride - he was able to come up with solutions and was positive and cheerful throughout. 100% recommend.

Our “go to” builder, without a hesitation.

Chris Norton (CNC), has been brilliant throughout the two projects he has undertaken for us. The standard of works was excellent. He was very patient as I had a few design changes on both projects. He came up with good suggestions to help as well. Nothing is too much problem. He is trustworthy, reliable and also his after care is great. He is now our “go to” builder without hesitation.

  Excellent Bathroom Renovation

Chris and his team carried out an excellent bathroom renovation recently. We are delighted with the result. Chris spent time beforehand discussing our plan and nothing was too much trouble. Chris consulted with us throughout and his team were second to none. Chris gave us really helpful suggestions and ideas and was happy to accommodate changes along the way. In the past I have often been met with “can’t do it that way etc…. “ but it was really refreshing that this was the opposite approach. The work in my opinion is of a very high standard.

Replacement roof and internal damage repair

Once again Chris has worked to an extremely high standard on my tenanted property. He is a most capable and experienced builder and I am confident in his workmanship and advice. Chris was very accommodating when I asked him to do some extra jobs and he always has the solution for problem repairs. Throughout the roof replacement and internal damage repair, again he kept me updated and well informed with videos and photographs of his progress. Chris and his team are skillful, knowledgeable and trustworthy and I would definitely recommend CNC Renovations for any building project or repair

  Bathroom Refurbishment

This is the second time we have used Chris and his team and it wont be the last! Another excellent job, we couldn't be more pleased. The project involved tiling, fitting wall panels, a shower and enclosure, basin / sink unit and radiator - all of which were finished to the highest standards. Chris is approachable and communicates clearly, with regular updates. He goes the extra mile to make sure that everything is just as you want it. Reliable, competitively priced and excellent standard of work - we highly recommend Chris and his team.
