I have no hesitation in recommending CN Glass Ltd. Elaine in the office is very efficient and keeps you informed at every stage, which is very important. The quote arrived promptly following the engineer's visit, and Rob did an excellent repair job. The door is now working better than ever. Great work from all concerned.

The whole operation was smooth and efficient from my initial enquiry through CN measuring the existing window to the removal and fitting of the new unit in the existing wooden frame. All done at the times agreed

Fantastic, great communication via email, always quick to reply with precisely what I was asking of them, no waffle, Joy and Emma I spoke with via email at various stages as my first enquiry was back in October as I was moving, just didn't know when exactly, so not being able to give full information they require. Yet they were still very helpful every step if the way. Install was as good as the communications, two guys, one young lad another more experienced, had the job done perfectly in next to no time. Both glass and catflap bought via CN Glass.

Cannot recommend CN Glass enough. Responded to our enquiry within the week, prompt site visit to assess the issue with our existing gable window, quick to quote and our window was fixed within 2 weeks. Rob was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the issues. Would definitely book again - though I think they’ve done such a good job, we might not need to!
