Time wasted, money lost, unnecessary stress. Not recommended.
I asked Martyn to find problems, fix them, and give me a good ECIR report and certificate minor reper - he failed. He promised to send a certificate after payment, and 3 weeks issued an overly picky “unsatisfactory” report with issues what he fixed. He overcharged me, asked for mor days to work and even asked for full cash payment. £1500 ( for two days ) Never come back to fix “ issues” I gave him a chance, . I had to hire another qualified electrician, who quickly fixed the issues and gave me the certificate.

Full Rewire
Huge thank you to Martyn and Gary from Cobalt, who carried out our full rewire back in May. We are renovating our first home and this was an essential but daunting step in the process. Martyn really kindly visited our property twice, prior to the works being carried out, to discuss the work, explaining everything thoroughly. This filled us with confidence. Super professional and trustworthy. We are so grateful for his expertise and valuable advise. They worked so hard and had the rewire complete in just 4 days! We will absolutely be reaching out to them for our future projects.

Installing ring doorbell, cctv, new lights throughout whole house and 3 tvs mounted on the wall
I booked Martin in to install a ring doorbell, cctv, new light ms throughout my whole house and mount 3 tvs on the wall. He was very reliable, turned up on time, very reasonable prices and a genuinely nice man. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definately use Martin again for any future work and would highly recommend him.

Installed a new electrical vehicle charging point and smart home lighting.
Cobalt Electrical were very efficient and professional with great communication throughout the whole process. The estimate and timeline were stuck to as agreed, we will definitely be using them again.

We had a full rewire, but had Martyn back to wire the kitchen once we had our new one fitted.
Couldn’t have been better, We didn’t think we needed a full rewire but Martyn was honest with us, thankfully as upon pulling out old wires in the loft some were already singed, very glad we took his advice!! He also rewired the kitchen and helped us achieve our dream kitchen, the work was very neat, undercounter lighting has never been so neat!!
