Repairing a faulty window locking system
Work very efficiently carried out and explained and adjacent window lubricated and checked for correct operation
Re-attachment of external door grab handle
The representative from Cobbold was able to attend a little over 3 hours after my call. He was friendly, open and honest about about what might be required to resove the problem. On investigation, it was discover the grab handle could be reattached, job completed in around 10 minutes. Based on this experience, I would use Cobbold again
Replacing locks and fixing windows on a house we just bought
Paul replied quickly to my inquiry and we arranged a visit to properly assess the types of locks and work that needed doing. Paul was on time and took notes for everything and got back to me with a quote very quickly. Once I'd accepted the parts we ordered and we arranged a day for installation later in the week. The work was carried out well and I'm happy with the results and feel more confident in the security of my property.
