This is my second system installed by Cobra having moved house. Excellent service

This is the second time we have used Cobra Alarms for the fitting of our alarm and CCTV systems. We are very pleased with the service and quality of the systems fitted and would happily recommend this company.

Excellent initial communications, risk assessment and faultless installation. Highly recommended.

Do not use this company. Extremely poor service. Fail to complete the agreed works. Never call you back when they promise do do so.

We already had a Cobra alarm. It was fitted 10 years ago and wouldn’t work when the BT copper ‘phone line was discontinued. I rang the company and requested a replacement be installed. This was carried out fairly quickly and I was very happy with the result. The only issue was that two of the sensors weren’t pet friendly. This was rectified promptly.

They arrived at the appointed time for a site survey prior to quoting, the provided advice as required and the work was carried out on the selected date. The engineer was clean and tidy in his work and a completion talk on the operation of the system was provided. Excellent.
