Quick and high quality work
When I had an issue with boiler, Curtis was very quick to respond, do an initial assessment and get a new part fitted and sorted the issue. His communication was clear and quick throughout and get me updated all the way through. Burst water pipe
In September 2024 I appointed C O'Brien Plumbing Ltd to repair a burst pipe and water leak. He repaired the pipe but not the leak. He came back, after which I had no leak but I had no water from the taps and the flush toilet bowl. His young assistant came, could not fix it, contacted him by phone, the water was restored. But it disappeared, and Mr O'Brien came back. He sent me and invoice, by which time the water flow had stopped, and I informed him that I do not pay for a problem that I did not have before his visits and that he has not fixed.
