Chimney Repair
We were pleased with the work that Cockman Builders did to repair and rebuild our chimney. In particular, the efforts that Jack Cockman made to complete it before the period of rain and to leave the site clean and tidy.

Replacing collapsed arch brickwork
Dave was able to quote the work quickly and get us in as soon as the ordered steel arrived. The work was done by Jak and Sam. They completed the work quickly and left the work area clean and tidy both when finished and at the end of each day. They were polite and professional. I can't recommend them enough.

Extension
I had an extension at the start of lock down, Dave and his boys were amazing. They we so professional, clean - whenever there was an issue, they came up solutions. It was a very tricky time - but they managed everything, and were just brilliant. We had other tradesmen come around to give us a quote, as it was such a difficult build (it is on a hill), they didn't even follow up on their quote - it was really disappointing. Luckily the job didn't phase Dave. A massive thank you to Dave, Sam, Steve and Jack - I would hesitate to recommend them.

Loft conversion and rear extension with new kitchen
We have been very impressed with the quality of workmanship and timeliness of all work undertaken by Cockman Builders. The loft conversion was a major project and it was very reassuring to know that from the outset, Dave and his team were there to assist us with the architect, selecting materials and offering considerable guidance on how best to design the extra space. All work was completed on time and the team were always so helpful during the project when we had queries on changes etc and ensured that for such a major project, we were kept informed at all times. Highly recommend the team.
