Asked the Builder to come & look/quote for works to be carried out. They Turned up to the Job stating they need to go get some materials and will return but they never did. Then messaged asking for 40% of payment upfront to commence work on the day everyone/everything closing for Xmas Period. They didn’t understand the job (English wasn’t their first language and was noticeable) they struggled with understanding the simple instructions regarding the Job. I wouldn’t recommend these for anything specific to be carried out as unrealistic on expectations/understanding of jobs.
