Fantastic company have used them before when our drain /toilets blocked ! Led by Jamie (who unfortunately couldn’t make it ) made sure Craig and colleague (can’t remember his name )were onsite swiftly ! These guys are soo professional keep you informed nothings too much trouble approach ! Fixed the job ! Reasonably priced ! Also sent an email detailing their findings and work carried out at our property in Bromsgrove ! Thankyou lads highly recommended

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Craig from Cofton Drains was extremely helpful and highly professional. His communication was excellent, and he was very responsive throughout. The team arrived promptly, offered honest and reasonable advice, and demonstrated great knowledge. Craig even managed to locate a hidden manhole that others had missed, showing real expertise and attention to detail. They also carried out the camera survey and report efficiently and to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Cofton Drains for their professionalism and reliability.

Craig, Jamie and colleague were excellent. Proper blokes, polite, friendly, knowledgable and took the time to explain everything in layman terms. Highly recommended. To put this review in context. I had never met or knew of them before calling them after a recommendation from an employee of Bromsgrove Council's Housing department.

Communication was excellent by Craig before, during and after the work. Both of them were friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. I was kept informed of the extent of the issues and they quoted very good prices. They tidied up really well afterwards, neater than before they arrived! I would definitely recommend them.
