Alan arrived on time. Found that he had to fit a replacement dish as the old one would not fit the new LMB. He did not charge for the dish as he had a used one in his van. Checked that all channels were working OK. Alan was very courteous; he removed his shoes on entering the house without being asked. Would definitely use again and recommend.
