Amazing work from the guys, they turned up the next day following quote and did not stop till the job was done they worked through all weather and did not dissappear. Truly hard working team! Quote was fair and no nasty surprises to that, highly recommend then!!

I called Cole’s Guttering and Roofing and the next morning they arrived and after checking the guttering explained that it was blocked and went on to explain how to correct the problem. Very impressed with the honesty and prompt response.

Called to get help with a slipped roof tile. After giving my address, John called round between jobs within a half hour and promptly fixed the minor issue for no charge. He advised me on a couple of things to watch out for but with absolutely no pressure.

Three workers turned up promptly, were briefed by their manager, and started removing the old felt roof, gravel etc down to clean OSB decking boards. They then applied three new felt layers (torched on) plus lead flashing where the garage roof abutted the house (not present in original installation). They finished off by thoroughly collecting all debris. The three lads were Romanian, so not much conversation, but they worked quickly and very competently and clearly were very experienced. We gave them a healthy tip to thank them for their workmanship and tidiness.

Jon and Jimmy arrived initially to do some repointing to our main chimney stack. It was quickly apparent that the job was larger than expected (for both of us) and they quickly made the site safe and provided a quote for the additional works. The works resulted in the rebuilding of the chimney stack, reinstated like for like. They quickly advised of necessary works to the roof and nearby fascias and soffits. The team were hardworking, polite and kept us informed throughout. They cleaned up every evening and returned on the final day for a deep clean. Would recommend.

John Cole was late for initial appointment but was given the work based on a good price. He failed to turn up to do the work and has not returned follow up calls.
