Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The team were fantastic efficient, quick, tidy, and very professional. They completed the work to a really high standard, left no mess behind, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which was really appreciated. Thank you Colin and the team! The price was very reasonable, and the quality of the work was excellent. They even went the extra mile by adding an extra filter to help make my new boiler run even more efficiently and carried out additional wiring to ensure everything was set up correctly.

Excellent service ! Boiler not working and within 24 hours, it had been diagnosed as beyond economic repair and a new boiler had been installed. Engineer was polite, thorough and very competent. Communication with the office was clear and concise. Very happy to recommend this company.

We have been impressed with this company since we moved into this house in 2024. The first visit was in answer to a call for help because the boiler didn't seem to be working and the house was cold. Since then the boiler has been serviced twice following a timely reminder from the company. All of the team we have so far met have been polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

Extremely pleased with the service Colin and his team provided changing an old gravity system to combo boiler. We had many quotes and options but Colin broke everything down for us sensibly and communication was brilliant throughout. The quote was very competitive and each item listed. It was a two day installation, the team worked nonstop both days, everything was completed to a great standard. Chas was able to explain everything clearly and was able to overcome some issues with old pipework etc which I was very impressed with. In December 2025 Colin responded to my request of needing a new boiler to be fitted. After speaking on the telephone Colin came round promptly and explained that 3 quotes would be emailed to me. I chose the quote for the boiler that I wanted and confirmed a start date for the work. Chas and Jacob arrived as arranged and started the work to remove my old boiler and fit the new boiler. Colin offered flexibility for the initial deposit payment which I was happy and comfortable with. Chas took the time to explain the work to be carried out as it progressed. I highly recommend Colin and team.
