Colin was on time to fit a new lock w/ keys and was efficient, respectful of the property and polite. I was very happy with the quote, nice & straight forward. Colin was able to come the very next morning but I delayed a day due to my schedule & it wasn’t an emergency. I would definitely contact again when needed.

I called Colin on a Sunday morning as my front door gearbox had given up. He came out within 45 minutes and was courteous and knowledgeable. He ascertained the gearbox had given up and a new one was needed. The part wasn't available as it was Sunday but came back the next day to complete the job. Colin is affordable, reliable and would definitely recommend him if you're looking for a locksmith.

Colin arrived on time. We briefly discussed what was wrong on the phone and that our front door lock barrel may need changing and the process to follow. Once he got here, he cleaned the barrel and keys, and that sorted it without having to change anything. He charged a minimal call out fee and was very honest with us. Will definitely be using his services in the future.

From the initial call Colin was attentive, timely and professional. He gave me a reasonable quote over the phone, breaking the cost down into labour and materials. Mindful of the urgency to secure my home from the car thieves, he attended to temporarily replace my lock, then returned at a time and date convenient to allow my neighbour to give access again for the permanent replacement. All-in-all a very good experience which put our minds at rest while we were away from home for a few days. Thanks Colin!!

Colin came to fix my window lock and re-adjusted another lock at no extra cost. He was very helpful and friendly, he did a good job. I will use his services again if needed.
