    Arranged appointment for a quote over telephone with Tim Collins whos call we returned after receiving his message and mobile number. Didn’t bother to turn up on the arranged date. No apology. No explanation. When confronted he denied all knowledge and lied declaring that he had never spoken to us , or arranged an appointment. Disgusting behaviour. Especially when I have all of the calls logged and I have his message that he left on our answer phone as proof. I have no idea why he felt the need to lie so much. An apology would have been sufficient. Will definitely be avoiding from now on.

    Tim is easy to deal with, he only deals in the best materials so the quality of the windows or doors high quality. He manufacturers everything so everything was done to high standard in my taste. I will definitely be using him again can’t go wrong.

Collins Bespoke Windows, Doors and Conservatories is a uPVC fabrication business based in the village of Ash just a stone's throw from Brands Hatch in Kent.

It is owned and managed by Tim Collins who has run a successful home improvements company for the past 10 years specialising in the fitting of REHAU windows and doors.

We believe that attention to detail and a high level of craftsmanship is the key to making good windows for a fair price and are looking to cater to existing tradesman and also to one off customers.

We are totally focused on quality, Collins Bespoke is a small specialised operation to ensure that quality is not compromised in favour of volume.
