Rendering external walls.
Very expensive. Made a professional job on the rear of the property and cleaned up. Appointed sub-contractors to complete the front of the property who were rude to our tenants and left it covered in dropped rendering. The down pipes both front and rear were not properly secured. The whole contract took from March to July to complete which is considered far too long.

Kitchen ceiling
He done work on my ceiling, lovely man, very polite, and considerate. Made no mess as well which was surprising. Would recommend

He plastered my bedroom, came on time, told me his plan, very polite, cleaned up
Couldn’t fault him, really polite did a very professional job, cleaned up after himself. Highly highly recommend!

Chris carried the work to a really high standard and the room was left very tidy afterwards. Will definitely be using again for rendering next year.

Plastering of walls
The job that was carried out was unsatisfactory, holes left above plug sockets and generally untidy work. Plaster covered the coving and skirting boards, and other walls which weren’t plastered and freshly painted. Due to the poor work, I have had to pay another tradesman to correct the work at extra cost for me. I had to hoover the room and tidy a few times after they left.

In the trades, you’re only as good as your last job. While photographic and written evidence would disprove most of this review, (carpets, coving, etc)i’d always look to take any feedback on as a way to improve in the future.

Chris has been great to deal with. Punctual, tidy and has done a lovely job. Will definitely use again and very happy to recommend.
