Repair to shed roof
After I discovered a bad leak in my shed , I contact Alfie. He was very kind and explained everything to me. We came to the conclusion the roofer who had replaced the roof 18months ago had done a very bad job. Could not get hold of previous roofer! Alfie did everything he could to fix this for me . He was great!! Would be happy to recommend.

Still Waiting!
Came out to look at the job and give a quote. He measured up, discussed options and took photos for the scaffolders, saying he'd be in touch the following week with a quote. Two months later and I'm still waiting!

Sorry for any inconvenience caused and not getting back in touch. We are a small Family run business and at that time 3 Family members contracted covid (one after the other) and were very poorly. This had a massive impact on our business. You requested us not to contact you directly so we contacted Checkatrade and asked them to explain this to you. But once again we apologize.

Re roof and replacement of small roof
Very professional service from receiving the quote to the job being completed. They worked very hard and cleaned up to a high standard. Highly recommend and would definitely use in the future.

Whole new roof, fascias and gutters
The work done was a whole new roof. The company was punctual with fantastic communication . The job was done in the time frame specified and they came back to tidy up and left the whole area spotless. I would recommend this company to anyone for any job doing. All in all I am extremely pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend Colne Valley Roofing.
