A roofer who explained technical concepts/solutions & pricing in everyday language, stuck to a schedule, arrived really well equipped, employed diligent, civilised workers & closely managed them, clearly had reliable supply lines, delivered structurally strong repairs with a lovely neat finish and promptly produced a well-written report and long warranty.
