Rich assessed that damage and then kept me updated on his availability to start the work. Rich’s work was exemplary to remove the signs of water damage from the leak both in the bedroom and the office. There are absolutely no signs of it anymore. The job looks neat, smooth and very professional. I can’t quite believe it now. I would recommend Rich after having had work completed by other decorators in the past. He works methodically, timely, protects all your carpets and surroundings, there were no signs of any mess afterwards. Rich was knowledgeable, personable, and a true perfectionist.

Rich stripped and filled our very uneven old distempered ceiling, twice. Filled and paired the walls, skirting and door, all while protecting the carpet and fitted wardrobes. He was very good at communicating, realistic about what could be achieved, offered solutions we could work with, and turned up on the days he said he would. He even worked a weekend as we needed to be away for two days. Just got on with the job, self-sufficient and fast. Excellent work, would highly recommend.
