Both Andy & James were both friendly and polite, and informed me from the outset what exactly they would be doing. Confirmed batteries changed, and assisted with doing an alarm test, to verify in working order.

Just a short visit (battery replacement) but booked quickly, carried out quicky (by the wonderful Kai). Very happy you actually get to speak to a person and friendly at that.

We had a PIR sensor installed in a study, this was excluded from the original alarm system install due to the room being decorated. The operative arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently and politely. This is a family run business which is why we picked them in the first place. We would thoroughly recommend them.
