    Outstanding Service, Very Competent

    Saif was excellent. As someone who works in the construction sector, to see someone who goes the extra mile is uncommon. He was extremely dillegent, competent, considerate of his environment. Saif was explaining everything he's doing and why. Which I found very reassuring. On a personal note, I also found Saif very personable. He was very friendly and had a great sense of humour.
