The company arrived on time. The engineer started work on my boiler straight away , talked to me through the process as he was working. I had an intermittent EA error warning. The engineer finished servicing my boiler he was very clean inside very polite.. I will definitely be using him again

Regarding the intermittent EA fault, we were already aware of it. The boiler has now been fully serviced, and I’m hoping that has resolved the issue. If the fault returns, I’ll check and clean the flame rectification electrode on Sunday. If necessary, we can replace the flame rectification kit to ensure the boiler runs reliably.
