We contracted Krystian who goes by the company name Comfort Zone to fit our boiler that went well. We then gave him th job of fitting out underfloor heating that was much more expensive but quoted over text messages so I ended up confused and paying much more than what I expected. After delivery a couple of problems arose including a leak in the system. Krystian promised on several occasions to attend to make remedial problems but three months after making initial contact he is yet to turn up and no longer replies to messages or answers calls. A reference he gave me is also having trouble.

My husband contacted the tradesperson about water softener treatment and his availability. He told us he could do the job and agreed on week beginning 2nd June. He told us what products to buy only not to respond to his messages again. My husband sent him 3 messages to ask again when he was coming over to complete the job and he ignored them all. The most dishonest and unreliable tradesperson I have ever come across.

Krystain was the most responsible to my initial enquiry. I sent 4 requests and the 3 others did not reply to me when they realised it was a smallish job. I had never used Checkatrade before. While straightforward the job was done to a high standard. Equally important Krystain was extremely polite and no point did I think he would charge me an excessive price. His fee was agreed in advance. This is very important for me and as a result I will use him for any jobs in the future.

Very thorough work. He investigated the cause of the pipe blockage thoroughly, identified the real cause, and steadily implemented countermeasures. He also used specialist equipment and tools to carefully repair difficult areas such as pipes behind walls and under floors. He explanations were very clear and easy to understand. He has a very kind personality and is a nice guy. I recommend him 100%.

Had plumbing re-routed from shower room under floor into cupboard to create utility cupboard for washing machine. Neat and tidy job. Also done work previously for us and was very happy on both occasions. Friendly, polite and quick.

Kristyan was very professional, tidy, efficient and friendly. He always cleared up after himself, left his workspaces clean and had good conversations. He ran a new pipe for 2no. new radiators in my extension and executed this with precision and spectacular workmanship. I also had a seperate issue with my hot water not working (from a previous plumber who could not fix it) and Kristyan quickly identified exactly what was wrong and went on to fix my water tank. Good, reliable and trustworthy plumbers are difficult to come across so I’m very glad I found Kristyan and can definitely recommend him
