No hot water on our combi boiler
Graham turned up at the time stated, was polite efficient and very knowledgeable about his trade and how to repair our issue. He diagnosed and got the part the same day getting our hot water working on the combi boiler same day. We will use Graham as our heating engineer for years to come now.

Service and repair of central heating
Excellent service, Graeme was on time, friendly and tidy. I've been having an intermittent issue with my heating whereby the radiators and boiler was staying on even when the panel was switched off. Graeme identified the issue right away and replaced a sticking valve. A very proferssional service all round, highly recommended.

Repairs to heating system to resolve constant switching off of boiler due to overheating
This proved to be a complex problem involving a failing pump and various valves in a constricted underfloor area --- and happened in the immediate run-up to Xmas. The plumber was deeply concerned to ensure we had a lasting solution. He could not have been more communicative, helpful and committed to solving the problems we had --- despite all this occurring in the holiday period. We thank him enormously for his commitment and the manner in which he related to us and conducted the work
