I'm very pleased with the speed that the work was done, the ease of the appointment process and getting a quote via email, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the person who arranged and did the work. When I emailed photos of the window in question the guy knew immediately who'd fitted them, and though they're old windows, said he'd be able to repair them. I also had several questions about my glazing and how to protect all the windows from further deterioration and was advised on which products to purchase.
